COOLANT LEVEL DETECTOR
PROBE:
Insert silver jewelers wire into 22AGW Teflon wire insulating sheath. Drill a hole in brass plug fitting for wire and insulation. Insulation prevents current between silver probe and brass plug. Use JB-Weld to hold wire in brass plug. Attach a terminal to wire and JB-Weld this together. Cut probe wire to length (I used 6”). JB-Weld around insulation and silver wire leaving approximately ½ “ of silver wire exposed.

Test that silver wire and Brass plug are isolated. Put Tight Seal on threads of brass plug probe and insert into brass “T” fitting in the Moroso tank.
